So a few weeks ago I went to my home church to talk to the pastor about my trip to Haiti to let the congregation know so they can pray and if they want, donate funds towards my goal. Well my mom came in from church today and said that Pastor Darby announced that since they forgot to send in their Lottie Moon offering to the Baptist Convention and that since that money goes towards foreign missions that they were giving me it to me since, well I'm going on a foreign mission! Shut up! I have all of my trip paid for (I'm mailing them my check on Wednesday), the only thing lacking is my plane ticket and only about $2oo for that! I still need another round of Hep A&B shots and Typhoid and also my anti-malaria pills, but I'm still shocked that they want to do that for me. I don't know how much it is but since it was designed for a specific tithe then I'm sure it's more than enough for what I need! Wow! God is amazing! I will hopefully this week also purchase my plane ticket before it gets too late. I'm so excited about this..  I'm going to attach a couple of pictures that the lady from the organization sent me. These are some of the kids that I will be working with..
